Slammin Salmon Sweet

A few months ago my friend Souzee brought me a spice she found at a farmers market in Idaho. No ingredients label, no discription, just a small container of the rub itself. She was bummed because she was down to the last tablespoon or so of this spice and she told me it was the best spice ever for salmon.
After much trial and error I think I got the spice blend just right. I like to sprinkle it liberally on salmon and broil it with a little butter in the pan. Try our sweet 'n savory recipe!
We have a spicy version of this rub too, for those of you who like to keep things spicy!

Brown Sugar, Paprika, Salt, Coriander, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Dill.
