Medium to hot on the spice scale. Perfect for blackened chicken, fish or shrimp. Great to put in gumbos or jambalayas.  I like mine in red beans and rice with just a little tomato paste and chicken stock. Also makes wickedly delicious Blackened Pork ChopsFlat Iron Steak, and Jambalaya.
