Roasted Chickpeas with staple spices of the Middle East.
Ingredients
Drain two 15 ounce cans of chickpeas in a colander. Rinse with water and let air-dry
2 TBS Olive Oil
2 TBS Ziggy Plays Za'atar
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 325 F.
In a mixing bowl toss the chickpeas with 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil and 2 Tablespoons of Ziggy Plays Za’atar. Spread them out on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 Minutes. Let cool. Enjoy as a light healthy snack or salad topper!
