INGREDIENTS


· 1 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

· 3 TBS. SPICE SPICE BABY CIN CINNATI’S ZIGGY PLAYS ZA’ATAR BLEND.

· 1 TBS. BALSAMIC VINEGAR (OPTIONAL)


METHOD:


1. IN A SMALL BOWL OR EMPTY MASON JAR, COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS AND MIX THOROUGHLY.

2. SLICE YOIUR BREAD, AND PREPARE TO DIP!

3. STIR OCCASIONALLY, OR NOT-HOWEVER YOU DIP YOUR BREAD IS JUST FINE!

4. ENJOY!

USE THIS RATIO WITH ANY NUMBER OF SPICE SPICE BABY CINCINNATI’S SPICE BLENDS-GENERALLY THEY WILL ALL WORK WELL FOR THIS. FEELING CREATIVE? SQUEEZE A FRESH LIME AND LEMON IN WITH THE OIL, OR MAYBE GRATE A LITTLE PARMSEAN OR REGIANO INTO THE OIL. THE DIPPING POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS WITH THIS FUN AND SIMPLE RECIPE. I LOVE THIS WITH FRESH MADE PITA FROM JERUSALEM FOOD AND BAKERY IN TRI-COUNTY/SPRINGDALE. (YUM!!!!)
