Good Karma Shawarma
Great authentic Shawarma taste without a lot of work, this is awesome on chicken breasts, thighs, or wings. Rub on a lot, refrigerate the chicken for a half hour or more, then grill or broil. I love to make Kafta (Middle Eastern meatballs) and Middle Eastern Burgers using this spice, and sometimes a Whole Roasted Chicken! Also good to cook into rice, quinoa, or couscous.
