3 TBS Good Karma Shawarma
1/4 Cup of Ketchup
1 LB. Lean Ground Beef (or Chuck)
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the Ingredients in small mixing bowl until thoroughly blended.
Shape them into 1-2 ounce meatballs.
Take a baking sheet and line it with aluminum foil.
Place the meatballs on the sheet tray and cook in the oven, until they are cooked through (an internal temperature of 155 or 15 minutes.
I like to serve them with a quick sweet and sour sauce or tzadziki , but they are great plain.
These make a great Holiday hot appetizer.
