Double Dip Ranch Dressing and Ranch Dip

Ranch Dressing Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Mayonnaise

• 2 TBS. Spice Spice Baby's Double Dip Ranch Rub

• 1/2 Cup Milk

• 2 TBS. Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese (Optional)

Method:

1. Method: In a small mixing bowl. combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

2. Add Salt and Pepper as Needed.

3. Enjoy!

Ranch Dip Ingredients:

• 1/2 Cup Sour Cream

• 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

• 2 TBS. Spice Spice Baby's Double Dip Ranch Rub

• 3 TBS. Shredded Parmesan or Romano Cheese

• 1/2 TSP Fresh Ground Black Pepper

• Adjust salt to your taste

Commentary:

I like to play with these two recipes. Sometimes I add coarse pepper and bacon bits to the dressing which takes it to a whole new level. You can play around with the kind of hard cheeses you use in the Dip recipe-any hard Italian cheese will work instead of parmesan. If you like your dip extra cheesy add more....there are no hard and fast rules with either of these recipes. If you like a spicy ranch dressing (great on a Taco salad or drizzled over nachos) add 1 minced Chipotle pepper (found in small cans in the Mexican section of your grocery store)to the dressing and little bit of the adobe sauce it comes in-you will thank me for it. We serve a version of the Chipotle Ranch at the Cafe and it is a fan favorite.
