INGREDIENTS:
· 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
· 2 LBS. Spiral Noodles, Cooked a little more than “al dente”.
· 1 Cup of Shredded Carrots
· 1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
· ½ Medium Red Onion, diced
· 1 Cup Banana Mild Pepper Rings
· 1 Cup Sun Dried Tomato (Strips)
· 1 Cup Grape Tomatoes Cut in Half
· 1 Cup Pitted Kalamata Olives (optional)
· 6 Ounces by volume, Spice Spice Baby’s The OG Salad Dressing
· 1 TBS Spice Spice Baby’s OG Spice Blend
· ½ Cup Shredded Asiago or Parmesan Cheese
METHOD:
1. Cook the pasta a little bit past al dente-following the instructions on the box.
2. Cool the pasta under cold water until it is cold. Let the pasta dry in the colander.
3. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
4. Chill until service.
