OG Sriracha Dip

Ingredients:

2 TBS of Spice Spice Baby The OG spice blend

1/2 Cup of Finely Grated White or Sharp Cheddar

1 Cup Mayonnaise (I like Dukes if I don't have tome to make it myself)

1 Cup Sour Cream

2 TSP of Sriracha Sauce (more if you like it hot)


Method:

1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine your ingredients thoroughly.

2. Let stand in the fridge at least 1/2 hour before service.

3. Top with a little extra shredded cheddar and a drop or two of Sriracha as garnish.

4. Serve with chips, pita, cut up veggies, pretzel bites or the like.


Commentary:

I like this dip, it has two essentials flavors that really pop: garlicey goodness and sharp cheese notes. The added bonus is the heat. If sriracha is too hot for your tastes try Franks Red Hot instead. I love this with warm soft pretzels or pita, but its great with veggies too.
