INGREDIENTS:
· 3 Ounces Manzanilla Sherry
· 1 Ounce lemon juice
· 1 Ounce simple syrup
· 3-4 Dashes grapefruit bitters
· Soda water, to top
· Grapefruit wedge, for garnish
· 1 TBS Spice Spice Baby’s Bourbon Infused Sea Salt
METHOD:
Scoop ice into a Collins glass rimmed with Spice Spice Baby’s Bourbon Infused Sea Salt. (For rimming the glass-click here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVSumECNP9k). In a cocktail shaker, combine Sherry, lemon juice, simple syrup and bitters. Shake well and strain into the glass. Top with soda water, garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
