Slow cooker ribs with green beans
2 1/2 pounds St. Louis style pork ribs
1 1/2 c bbq sauce
1 pkg frozen green beans
Cornbread, rolls, or bread if desired to serve
Season your ribs with salt and pepper and rub seasoning. Place green beans in the bottom of the slow cooker. Set ribs on top on their side. Pour sauce over the top and let it drip down.
Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours.
